What you'll do
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the construction of the Logistics facility within a wider Data Centre project. Project Leadership of delivery team and subcontractors for Logistics Package, stakeholder management with Client. Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of the Logistics Package on a major hyperscale data centre project.
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders.
- Oversee construction activities from enabling works through completion.
- Ensure programme milestones, quality standards, and project objectives are achieved.
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership across the project lifecycle.
- Drive collaboration across multidisciplinary teams within a live construction environment.
- Manage commercial, programme, safety and quality performance of the package.
Requirements
- +8 years relevant experience
- Strong construction project management experience is essential.
- Proven track record delivering large-scale construction projects.
- Data centre experience is highly advantageous.
- Previous logistics facility construction experience would be beneficial.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
