Project Manager (Full-Time, Remote)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee multiple client projects from initiation to completion. This role is responsible for managing timelines, budgets, team coordination, and client communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with strategic goals. We partner with clients across multiple industries to deliver branding, web, SEO, advertising, and content marketing solutions that drive measurable impact. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects simultaneously, including social, email management, digital campaigns, and print initiatives
• Develop detailed project timelines, task assignments, and resource plans
• Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
• Lead kickoff meetings, status updates, and client check-ins
• Monitor budgets, scopes, and deliverables to prevent scope creep
• Identify risks and proactively implement solutions
• Ensure deadlines are met, and quality standards are upheld
• Collaborate with designers, developers, content creators, and marketing strategists
• Maintain accurate documentation within project management systems

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and website development workflows
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Workfront, or similar)
• Ability to manage shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
• Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fully remote environment

Knowledge and skills

• Familiarity with print, social, SEO, and digital advertising campaigns
• PMP certification or equivalent experience is a plus
