Job Description What if you could help turn a major Nordic transformation program and a new IT landscape into simpler, more automated ways of working across an entire delivery organization? What you need to bring - 2-5 years of project management experience, including delivery of at least one process design, IT transformation or automation initiative. - Understanding of IT landscapes, system integrations and data flows, and how technology supports business processes. - Experience gathering requirements, translating operational needs into user journeys and acceptance criteria, and supporting UAT and execution. - Experience building business cases and timelines, and following up on benefits realization. - Fluency in English and local Scandinavian language. About the role and the team You will join the Strategic Transformation and Operational Excellence team in Nordic Underlay Delivery & Access Lines and report to the Head of Strategic Transformation & Operational Excellence. The role spans Denmark, Sweden and Norway, and you will work closely with the Nordic delivery management team, operational leaders, process owners and colleagues in IT, Data, Finance and Commercial. The direction is set and the transformation is already underway. A new IT landscape is being introduced as part of a broader simplification programme, creating new opportunities for automation. Your role is to translate that vision into action and ensure our processes fully leverage the new technology. What you will be working on - Map and redesign end-to-end processes across sales, order, design, planning, establishment and delivery, identifying manual work, system disconnects, waiting time and unnecessary handovers. - Promote standardization across Denmark, Sweden, and Norway while creating a prioritized roadmap of automation opportunities. - Facilitate cross-functional alignment and document agreed future-state processes, decisions and requirements as a clear source of truth for Business and IT. - Translate operational needs into business requirements, user journeys and acceptance criteria, working closely with IT. - Build business cases and evaluate opportunities based on their expected impact on capacity, cost, quality and lead time. - Own the business side of testing, UAT and implementation, and follow initiatives through to measurable operational or financial benefits. We are looking for someone who thinks in a structured way and has a practical motivation to move initiatives ahead. You are comfortable going out into the business, understanding how work is actually done, and bringing the right people together. You are accountable for your area and can lead through influence across teams, functions and countries. Experience with workflow automation, AI, process mining or similar technologies is valuable. Experience from telecommunications, infrastructure or another complex delivery environment, and experience working across several Nordic countries, are also an advantage. Does this sound like you?
