Project Manager, CRM

Drive client projects for leading pharmaceutical companies across Europe ProMeasure Consulting is a specialized consultancy focused on helping pharmaceutical and life sciences companies optimize customer engagement, commercial operations, and CRM processes. With offices in Copenhagen and Budapest, ProMeasure supports an international client base through advisory services, managed services, and project delivery within the Veeva ecosystem. To support continued growth, ProMeasure is looking for a Project Manager who can take ownership of client engagements and ensure successful project delivery across multiple customers and initiatives. In this role, you will act as the central link between clients and ProMeasure’s consulting teams. You will coordinate stakeholders, drive project activities, manage priorities, and help ensure that projects are delivered according to scope, timeline, and customer expectations. Your responsibilities You will manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a clear overview of priorities, stakeholders, and deliverables. Your role is to ensure alignment between the customer’s objectives and the work carried out by ProMeasure’s consultants and specialists. More specifically, you will:

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers and project engagements.
• Lead project planning, coordination, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate communication between client stakeholders and internal consulting teams.
• Manage project timelines, resources, deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
• Ensure successful delivery while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate enhancement requests, improvements, and ongoing initiatives.
• Drive governance activities including status meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Build strong and trusted long-term client relationships.
• Support the continuous development of ProMeasure’s delivery methodologies and service offerings.

What we are looking for We are looking for a structured and customer-oriented professional who enjoys managing complex projects and creating order across multiple stakeholders. You are comfortable operating in a consultancy environment and naturally build trust with both customers and colleagues. Ideally, you bring:

• Experience from project management, consulting, customer success, account management, or similar client-facing roles.
• Strong knowledge of Veeva CRM and a solid understanding of how pharmaceutical commercial organizations use CRM platforms.
• Experience managing several projects, customers, or service engagements simultaneously.
• An understanding of stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or life sciences industry.
• Excellent communication skills in English. Additional European language capabilities are considered an advantage.
