Project Manager & Content Specialist About the Position We are currently seeking a Project Manager & Content Specialist to plan, organize, and execute influencer marketing and content campaigns for clients across various industries. You’ll run projects behind the scenes, but you’re also confident directing and creating social content on set alongside creators and the production team. Above all, you’re driven by results: great content is where it starts, but what it delivers is what counts. In This Role, You Will

• Oversee Influencer Campaigns from A to Z: Own timelines, budgets, and communication, from creator scouting and briefing to approvals, publishing, and reporting, ensuring consistent quality from start to finish.
• Shape and Create SoMe Content: Conceptualize and produce short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and beyond, leveraging trends, audio, and transitions to boost engagement.
• Produce UGC That Performs: Brief, coordinate, and quality-check UGC production with creators, making sure every asset is on brief and on brand.
• Coordinate with Teams and Partners: Work closely with strategists, producers, and creators, acting as the main point of contact for both internal teams and clients.
• Track and Optimize: Follow up on KPIs throughout every campaign, compile reports, and turn data into actionable insights that make the next piece of content perform even better.

We Are Looking for Someone Who Has

• 2–3 years of experience in project management, influencer marketing, or social media, ideally at an agency or a brand.
• A forward-thinking, driven, and go-getter personality, with a genuine passion for social media, influencer marketing, and project management.
• A TikTok-first mindset: You are a TikTok-first social media junky. You love scrolling, know what's trending and can understand the marketing-mindset behind content.
• A results-driven approach: You have a strategic mindset on content and an interest and understanding of differences on angles towards different KPIs and results. You are comfortable setting, tracking and owning KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Swedish and English.
• A passion for both the organizational side of campaigns and the creative side of making great content.
• A willingness to experiment, test new content formats, and embrace the fast pace of a growing agency.
• Basic editing proficiency is a plus, but not a must (e.g., Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar).

Practical Details

• Start: Early January 2027 (flexible on the exact date).
• Employment: Full time (with 6 months’ probation)
• Placement: Stockholm (on-site > hybrid)
