Project Manager - Cloud Operations

Hospitals don't have room for downtime. Neither do we. Healthcare systems across the Nordics run on infrastructure that must work every shift, every scan, every critical decision. As a Project Manager in our Nordic Cloud Operations team, you help keep our cloud services stable, secure and ready for the clinicians who depend on them. You bring customers, colleagues and technical specialists together, keep everyone aligned, and follow projects through from start to finish. You speak the engineering language and learn what is needed to drive technical projects successfully. You are the person who holds everything together. You create structure, build trust with customers and stakeholders, and make sure everyone knows what we're delivering, when, and why. The role suits someone who enjoys being the link between people: turning a customer need into a clear plan, keeping many threads together, and making sure nothing falls between the cracks. You'll learn the technology as you go, with experienced colleagues close by. What You'll Do You own the delivery side of our cloud operations projects across the Nordic region, from planning and coordination through go-live and stabilization. Day to day, you'll be:

• Plan, lead and follow up projects in our Nordic cloud operations, from start through go-live and handover to operations
• Define scope, tasks and resource needs together with the team
• Build and maintain roadmaps of projects with clear timlines, definition of done and deliverables
• Deliver against agreed milestones, scope and timelines
• Build strong relationships with the team, customers and internal stakeholders, and manage expectations at all levels
• Communicate clearly and regularly about status, risks and decisions, and escalate in time when needed
• Help improve how we plan, coordinate and deliver our services

For this role, we require:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field, such as IT, engineering or business
• Some experience of project management or coordination, for example from a first PM role, a lead engineer, or leading projects in a previous job
• A structured way of working and the ability to keep an overview when there's a lot going on
• Strong communication and relationship skills, with a genuine interest in understanding customer needs
• An interest in IT systems, infrastructure concepts and enough technical understanding to follow the conversation with specialists
• Fluency in Swedish, Danish or Norwegian, and very good English, spoken and written

Even better if you have:

• Experience in healthcare IT or working with regulated environments
• Have experience from healthcare IT or other business-critical IT services
• Certifications in project methodologies; Prince2, Agile, ITIL, or similar
• Knowledge of DICOM, HL7, or medical imaging infrastructure
• Are involved in something outside work or studies, such as sports, associations or music
