Project Manager (Art Team)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Project Manager (Art Team) based in Finland. As Project Manager, you will oversee and optimize the workflows of a 2D Art team within a fast-paced mobile game development environment. You will manage planning, roadmaps, timelines, capacity, and delivery while ensuring creative work moves efficiently through the production pipeline. Beyond coordinating tasks, you will use data and analytics to uncover bottlenecks, identify risks, and improve team processes. You will become a key link between artists and cross-functional partners including producers, designers, developers, and marketing. The role combines project management, workflow optimization, data analysis, and quality control. You will also help build scalable processes and tracking systems that enable the team to consistently deliver high-quality art content on schedule.
