Project Management Associate

About This Role TFS HealthScience is a leading global mid-size Contract Research Organization (CRO) that partners with biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies throughout their entire clinical development journey. Our expertise includes full-service capabilities, resourcing, and Functional Service Provider (FSP) solutions. The Project Management Associate (PMA) plays a key role in the successful delivery of global clinical trials by providing operational and project coordination support to the Clinical Operations and Project Management teams. Working as part of a cross-functional study team, you will help ensure studies are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with applicable regulations, SOPs, and sponsor requirements. As part of our SRS/FSP team, you will be dedicated to one sponsor, a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology company that is an industry leader within its therapeutic area. Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational and administrative support to Project Managers and Clinical Research Managers throughout the clinical trial lifecycle.
• Maintain and update study information within CTMS and other study systems to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Coordinate study documentation, meeting logistics, action trackers, communication plans, and project-related records.
• Support vendor oversight, investigator payments, financial tracking, and study budget reconciliation activities.
• Prepare study reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and minutes while tracking project deliverables and timelines.
• Serve as a central point of contact for study-related communications across internal teams, sites, vendors, and sponsors.
• Assist with regulatory submissions, amendments, audits, inspections, and essential document management.
• Contribute to Trial Master File (TMF) and Investigator Site File (ISF) maintenance activities in accordance with study requirements and company procedures.
• Support study supply coordination and logistics activities as needed.
• Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to ensure smooth study execution and effective stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience within clinical research, clinical operations, project coordination, or study management.
• Understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and the clinical trial process.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and clinical trial systems such as CTMS, TMF, or related platforms.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative approach to problem solving.
• Experience supporting global clinical studies is considered an advantage.
