Project Management Assistant Working Student

Join our Project Management team and play an active role in the successful delivery of large-scale wind energy projects across the Nordic region. As part of a collaborative and international team, you will contribute to the renewable energy transition while gaining valuable experience in project delivery. As a Working Student you will join the PM Assistant Team and work closely with Project Managers, PM Assistants, and other stakeholders. The role offers broad exposure to project management throughout the project lifecycle, from planning and execution through to handover to Service, in a dynamic and international environment. We offer flexible part-time work during the semester, averaging 20h/week, while providing the opportunity to gain full-time experience during the summer, 40h/week. YOUR TASKS

• Support project coordination, administrative activities, and handover processes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain project documentation, records, reporting, and document control processes in compliance with company requirements.
• Support the use and maintenance of Project Management systems, databases, and digital tools.
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare meeting materials, and record meeting minutes.
• Assist with procurement, supplier coordination, and cross-functional stakeholder communication.
• Support logistics and back-office project activities, such as site mobilization, shipments, and delivery follow-up.
• Provide administrative support across project and departmental activities to meet evolving business and project needs.

YOUR PROFILE

• Currently pursuing a higher education degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, Renewable Energy, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
• Proactive and solution-oriented, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across multicultural and cross-functional teams.
• Entrepreneurial and adaptable to changing priorities and business needs, with an interest in renewable energy and project management.

NICE TO HAVE (not required)

• Knowledge of SAP or other Project Management systems.
• Swedish and/or Finnish language skills.
• Experience working in project-based or international environments.
