Project Finance Manager, Interim, Denmark

Do you have experience in project finance and financing domestically and internationally? We are looking for an Interim Project Finance Manager to join our Project Finance team for 9–12 months, taking day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of onshore wind and solar PV projects together with the rest of the team. We are looking for an experienced Interim Project Finance Manager to join our Project Finance team. Based at our headquarters in Hobro, Denmark, you will take ownership of a portfolio of German wind and solar projects, working closely with Benjamin Schmitt, Head of Project Finance, and colleagues across banks, advisers and internal stakeholders. Your role This is a hands-on, independent role at the center of live financing processes. You'll keep momentum across every workstream in your portfolio, from due diligence through to signing, while coordinating documentation and compliance along the way.

• Take day-to-day ownership of a portfolio of German wind and solar projects, driving financing processes forward
• Manage dialogue with banks, legal advisers and other external parties, including due diligence, negotiations and signing
• Coordinate financing documentation, data rooms, KYC and compliance processes
• Prepare and review financing materials and support negotiation of term sheets and loan documentation
• Track deadlines and open points, flag bottlenecks early and escalate where needed
• Coordinate project-related legal and land matters, including registered easements

Required competencies and skills We're looking for someone who can quickly pick up project finance fundamentals and bring structure to several concurrent workstreams.

• Relevant experience in project finance, banking or renewable energy financing
• Solid understanding of financing and legal documentation, due diligence and KYC processes
• A structured, proactive working style, comfortable managing several projects and stakeholders at once
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to follow up and set clear expectations
• Fluency in English, written and spoken; German is an advantage
