Find out more on https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E What you’ll do: We are looking for a Project Engineer to plan, design, and execute projects related to electrical and testing systems across a range of technologies used in the factory environment. This role combines hands-on engineering design with project management responsibilities, ensuring that new systems and equipment are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards. As a Project Engineer, you will act as a technical driver throughout the project lifecycle, from initial concept and design through installation, commissioning, and handover to operations. Key Responsibilities: Electrical & Testing System Design

• Design electrical systems, schematics, layouts, and system architectures for project and testing needs.
• Develop and review technical specifications for electrical and test equipment, ensuring compliance with applicable standards and safety requirements.
• Evaluate and select suitable technologies and solutions to meet project and testing objectives.
• Perform technical calculations relevant to electrical design, including sizing, load, and safety calculations as needed.

Project Management & Execution

• Plan and manage assigned projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource needs.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors to ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification.
• Identify project risks and implement mitigation actions to keep projects on track.
• Track project costs and progress, and provide status updates to management.

Commissioning, Validation & Technical Support

• Support the commissioning and validation of new electrical and test systems, including hands-on troubleshooting.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams and production during installation, start-up, and handover phases.
• Resolve technical issues arising during project execution and testing to minimize downtime and delays.

Documentation & Collaboration

• Create and maintain technical documentation, including electrical drawings, specifications, test plans, and commissioning reports.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, production, quality, and external partners to align on technical requirements.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes, tools, and working methods within the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field

- You have gained at least few years of professional experience in electrical engineering, testing systems, or industrial project work and are eager to continue developing your expertise. Skills:

• Solid understanding of electrical systems, test equipment, and related technologies used in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with electrical design and safety standards is expected.

- The ability to build effective relationships and communicate successfully with diverse stakeholders across the organization

• Good organizational ability and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem solving.

- A collaborative mindset, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement mentality, with the flexibility to embrace new ways of working and develop new skills. - Finnish and English language skills are essential for effective collaboration with local stakeholders and business partners. #LI-LM1 What we can offer to you:
