This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Director to lead a technically complex, high-value construction project for a rapidly expanding international main contractor. You will join an agile business with an established pipeline of mission-critical projects across Europe. Operating within a flat management structure, you’ll have direct access to senior leadership, autonomy over project delivery and genuine long-term progression throughout the Nordic region. Your Role as Project Director Will Include:

• Leading the project from mobilisation through to handover.
• Managing construction, commercial, design and engineering teams.
• Taking ownership of programme, budget, quality and safety.
• Managing client, consultant and subcontractor relationships.
• Reporting progress, commercial performance and risks to senior leadership.

As a Project Director, You Will Have:

• Experience as a Project Director or Construction Director.
• A track record delivering major construction projects.
• Data centre, mission-critical or industrial experience.
• Strong commercial, contractual and leadership capabilities.
• The flexibility to work site-based in Skien, Norway.
