Project Director | Hyperscale Data Centres Norway | €180,000 - €230,000 + Package Build the infrastructure powering Europe's AI future. A rare opportunity to join one of Europe's most ambitious data centre developers and lead the delivery of a flagship hyperscale project in Norway. Backed by significant investment and a rapidly expanding pipeline, this role offers the chance to take ownership of a major data centre development whilst helping shape the future of a growing European platform. What You'll Do • Lead the delivery of a hyperscale data centre from design through construction and commissioning • Manage programme, budget, risk and stakeholder relationships • Coordinate consultants, contractors and internal teams • Drive safety, quality and delivery performance across the project lifecycle • Support the growth of future projects across Europe What We're Looking For • Several years delivering major data centre, infrastructure or industrial projects • Experience leading complex EPC, design-build or client-side programmes • Strong commercial, contractual and stakeholder management skills • Knowledge of mission-critical environments and large-scale project delivery • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline This is an opportunity to take on a client-side leadership role with significant influence over a flagship hyperscale development, backed by a substantial European growth pipeline.
