What you'll do

Following DSTN’s runway show at Stockholm Fashion Week and New York Fashion Week in September 2026, the Swedish fashion brand is continuing its international expansion through new projects, collaborations, and opportunities as part of the V&S Global Studios accelerator in New York. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Project Coordinator Intern to support ongoing projects and daily operations. This role offers the chance to work closely with the Creative Director and Business Director across fashion, production, communications, collaborations, and brand development. THE ROLE The Project Coordinator Intern will organize projects and ensure tasks, timelines, and communications progress efficiently. • Project Coordination: Support project timelines, deadlines, deliverables, and priorities across ongoing initiatives. • Logistics & Production: Assist with deliveries, samples, garments, materials, and other project logistics. • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, take notes, and follow up on action points. • Asset Management: Organize press materials, brand assets, imagery, biographies, and project assets. • Communication: Support communication with partners, collaborators, suppliers, and internal teams. • Project Support: Assist with new launches, events, campaigns, partnerships, and other brand initiatives. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Highly organized with strong attention to detail • Proactive and willing to take initiative • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Fluent in Swedish and English • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and deadlines • Reliable and able to work independently while also working as part of a team • Professional and confident when communicating with external partners • Strong interest in fashion, creative industries, production, or brand development • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment THE INTERNSHIP Location: Stockholm, with potential remote flexibility Start: Immediate Position: Project Coordinator Intern Duration: 6 mo HOW TO APPLY Send your CV and a brief introduction to: Support@dstn.se
