Role Description The Project Assistant is a part-time, on-site role based in Stockholm, supporting project managers and teams with day-to-day coordination and administration. The role involves updating project status reports, organizing files, assisting with basic data entry and research, and ensuring information is accurately shared among stakeholders. This position is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured, collaborative office setting. Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, including experience handling multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
