Project and Process Manager

• Project & Program Management
• Strategic Execution: Contribute to the portfolio of projects and ensure it is aligned with Arval’s global and local strategy.
• Corporate Alignment: Act as the primary country contributor for large Corporate programs, ensuring local implementation is seamless and meets group objectives.
• Governance & Steering: Support departments in project management, steering project portfolios, and monitoring KPIs to ensure initiatives deliver expected value.
• Methodology Leadership: Define, implement, and animate Agile project management methodologies.
• IT & Digital Synergy: Ensure the adequacy and quality of IT services and digital platforms to achieve strategic goals in a cost-effective manner. Ensure all projects and initiatives are compliant with BNP IT governance.
• Lean Process Improvement & Operational Excellence
• Operational Excellence: Work transversally across the organization to promote a culture of customer centricity to provide outstanding experience delivery and maximize efficiency in a sustainable way. Use LEAN and ACE knowledge to leverage data from Quality department to exceed customer expectations.
• Coaching & Capability Building: Provide training and coaching for teams in Lean and Customer Journey (CJ) methodologies to promote a continuous improvement mindset.
• Performance Optimization: Support teams in improving efficiency through the design of optimized processes and monitoring dashboards.
• AI Adoption & Innovation
• AI Strategy Interface: Serve as the strategic bridge between business units and Data Science teams to identify high-value AI use cases.
• Implementation: Support the adoption of AI tools and solutions to automate routine tasks, enhance decision-making, and improve the user experience.
• Change Management & Cultural Transformation
• Adoption Strategies: Develop and implement Change Management plans to maximize employee adoption and usage of new tools, processes, and "new ways of working."
• Culture Shift: Promote an Agile mindset and lead the transition toward flexible, iterative project execution.
• Communication: Facilitate meetings, seminars, and committees to inspire others and generate commitment toward transformation goals.

Share and adopt best practices

• Regularly exchange good practices and experiences with all local functions.
• Recommend and support (training / support / communication) the deployment of successful projects and tools.
