Programme Manager – Datacenter Migration

On behalf of a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a Programme Manager to lead a complex datacenter and infrastructure migration from planning through cutover and transition to operations. Main Responsibilities

• Lead the datacenter migration across multiple technical workstreams, project teams and stakeholders
• Plan and oversee the infrastructure migration and cutover, with focus on security, technical dependencies and minimal downtime
• Manage programme budget, timeline, deliverables, risks and coordination across teams and suppliers
• Coordinate technical and business stakeholders and translate technical dependencies and issues into business impact
• Manage organisational and user change and track expected business benefits through to handover after go-live

Key Requirements

• Documented experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager on datacenter projects
• Proven experience leading complex infrastructure migrations from analysis through cutover and transition to operations
• Strong understanding of on-premise Active Directory, including structures, trusts and GPOs, as well as Microsoft 365, tenant-to-tenant migrations and Azure workloads
• Strong understanding of infrastructure architecture, system integrations and technical dependencies
• Experience managing multiple teams, stakeholders and suppliers, including responsibility for budget, timelines and delivery
• Practical experience with change management and benefits realisation, including business cases, baselines and measurable KPIs
• Experience with both traditional and Agile delivery methods
• PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent project management methodology/certification
• Professional Danish and English
