Program Director

Must have: Program Leadership:

• Lead and oversee end-to-end applications, infrastructure and SAP S/4HANA program and optimization projects, ensuring they align with overall business objectives and deliver value to the organization.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business to secure their involvement and commitment throughout the project.

Business Alignment:

• Ensure that the program’s goals are closely aligned with the company’s strategic business objectives.
• Work closely with senior executives and business leaders to understand their needs and ensure these are reflected in the SAP implementation.

Communication Strategy:

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans to keep all stakeholders informed and engaged.
• Ensure that project updates, milestones, and changes are effectively communicated across the organization.

Project Management:

• Oversee the day-to-day management of the IT Operation Deliveries to ensure KPIs, SLAs are being met, and customer is satisfied.
• Oversee the SAP program, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks and issues to ensure successful project outcomes.

Performance Monitoring:

• Track and report on program performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Ensure that all deliverables meet the required quality standards and business requirements.

Experience required:

• Proven experience as a Senior Program Director or Senior Project Director, with a strong track record of leading large-scale IT deliveries, SAP and optimization projects.
• Experience in aligning complex IT projects with business objectives in a global or multinational company.

Skills:

• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Expertise in developing and executing communication strategies for large projects.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure, application, SAP systems and their implementation in large organizations and ways of working/delivery in global SI.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong understanding of SAP software, particularly in implementation and optimization contexts.

Good to have:

• Strong SAP S/4 implementation Experience
• Knowledge in Manufacturing business
