As a Production Worker, you'll work in a clean, structured environment where your attention to detail makes a real difference. You'll receive full training, so no previous electronics experience is needed - a good attitude and the willingness to learn are what matter most.

The position is fixed-term (until the end of the year or end of January) and works on a two-shift model, with shifts scheduled between 6:00 and 22:00.

YOUR TASKS

You'll work as a Production Worker at Vaisala's instrument factory in Vantaa, assembling precision measurement devices as part of a two-shift team.

• Assembling instrument components carefully and accurately according to work instructions
• Inspecting your work to ensure quality standards are met
• Keeping your workstation clean and well-organized
• Handling light lifting, standing, and other physically active tasks as part of your daily routine
• Reporting any deviations or quality issues to your supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

• Good command of English (working language in the role)
• Willingness to do physically active work, including standing, bending, and light lifting
• Good attitude, flexibility, and a genuine interest in learning
• Readiness to work two-shift hours (6:00-22:00)

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience in production, assembly, or other hands-on work
• Experience in tasks requiring manual dexterity and precision
• Vocational qualification in electronics installation or a related field
• Finnish language skills
• Willingness to work night shifts if needed in the future

Chosen candidates will be employed by Barona Teollisuus Oy for fixed-term contract till 31.12.2026. You will be working 40 hours per week from Monday till Friday.
