Production Worker / Site Manager – Concrete Production

We are currently looking for experienced Production Workers for a concrete production project in Steinberg, west of Drammen. For candidates with relevant experience and leadership background, there may also be an opportunity to work as a Site Manager (Anleggsleder). As an on-call temporary worker at Adecco, you will work on assignments for our clients and become part of a professional working environment. This is a good opportunity for experienced workers who enjoy practical work, responsibility and working in a structured production environment. Your main tasks may include:

• Production work related to concrete products
• Operating and supporting the production process
• Following production procedures and quality requirements
• Ensuring a safe and clean working environment
• Cooperating with colleagues and following instructions from supervisors

For candidates working as Anleggsleder, responsibilities will also include coordinating daily work, following up production and ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and according to agreed standards. Requirements Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience Experience from concrete production or a similar production environment B1 level of English or Norwegian Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable and responsible approach to work For Anleggsleder: relevant leadership/site management experience Driving licence is not required. About you We are looking for people who are reliable, practical and motivated to work in a professional production environment. You should be able to work independently, follow procedures and cooperate well with colleagues. For the Anleggsleder position, we are looking for someone who is comfortable taking responsibility, coordinating work and supporting the team in achieving daily production targets. Salary for this position will be individually agreed based on experience and qualifications.
