Production Worker / Mold Preparation Oravainen, Finland

This is a full-time, permanent position in the plastics manufacturing industry, where you will play an important role in preparing molds for the production process.

As a Production Worker in Mold Preparation, you will be responsible for preparing production molds to ensure they are ready for manufacturing. Your primary task is applying wax to molds by hand using waxing cloths, ensuring an even and high-quality surface finish before production begins.

Your daily responsibilities include:

• Preparing molds for production by applying wax manually
• Ensuring molds are clean and properly treated according to work instructions
• Performing visual quality checks on mold surfaces
• Following production procedures and quality standards
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
• Working closely with the production team to support an efficient manufacturing process

• Previous experience in the plastics manufacturing industry (minimum three years)
