Are you an experienced production professional looking for a long-term opportunity in the plastics industry? We are currently looking for a Production Worker to join our client's manufacturing team in Oravainen, Finland.

This is a full-time, permanent position offering the opportunity to work in a production environment where precision, quality, and teamwork are highly valued.

Your Responsibilities

As a Production Worker, you will participate in the manufacturing of fiberglass-reinforced plastic products. Your daily tasks include handling fiberglass mats, cutting materials according to technical drawings, and accurately fitting them into molds before the production process.

Typical responsibilities include:

  • Stacking and preparing fiberglass mats for production
  • Cutting fiberglass materials according to drawings using hand tools, such as scissors
  • Positioning and fitting materials accurately into molds
  • Following production instructions and quality requirements
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
  • Working closely with colleagues to ensure efficient production

What We Expect From You

  • At least three years of experience in the plastics manufacturing industry
  • Experience working with fiberglass or composite materials is considered an advantage
  • Ability to read and follow technical drawings and work instructions
  • Careful, accurate, and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong work ethic and a positive attitude
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a production team
