Production Testing Engineer

The Impact You'll Make At Danfoss Power Solutions in Nordborg, we're preparing our products, testing environments, and production capabilities for the next generation of technology and cybersecurity requirements. As our new Engineer, Production Testing, you'll play a key role in that journey. You'll combine hands-on production support with testing, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement, helping ensure high product quality, strong manufacturing performance, and future cybersecurity compliance. As part of a small, highly collaborative team, you'll take ownership, drive improvements, and have opportunities to broaden your responsibilities across production and testing while developing new technical competencies. What You’ll Be Doing

• Support production and test operations to ensure reliable equipment performance, high product quality, and efficient delivery
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges across manufacturing and testing to minimize downtime and maintain operational stability
• Develop and optimize production and test processes, equipment, and tools to improve quality, productivity, and cybersecurity readiness
• Drive new product introductions, equipment investments, and industrialization activities in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners
• Lead and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, scrap reduction, productivity, and overall manufacturing performance

What We're Looking For

• Experience within production engineering, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, automation, electronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar technical field
• Hands-on experience from a production environment, test environment, or ideally both, combined with a practical approach to solving technical challenges
• Experience working with manufacturing processes, test systems, equipment optimization, industrialization activities, or continuous improvement initiatives
• Knowledge of LabVIEW is an advantage. If you have a strong technical foundation and the motivation to develop your skills, we'll support your growth. As we continue strengthening our cybersecurity capabilities, modern test environments play an increasingly important role
• You may already have experience from a similar role, or you may be ready to take the next step in your career. What matters most is a practical mindset, technical curiosity, and a willingness to get involved and make things happen

What You'll Get From Us You'll join a small, collaborative team where production, testing, and continuous improvement go hand in hand. As your experience grows, you'll have opportunities to broaden your expertise, take ownership of new areas, and contribute to future-focused initiatives within testing, automation, and cybersecurity. Development is an important part of the team's culture, with opportunities to pursue technical training, leadership development, and learning experiences across Danfoss manufacturing sites. Furthermore

• We promote from within and support your learning with mentoring, training, and access to global opportunities.
• You’ll have flexibility, autonomy, and support to do your best work while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Your well-being matters to us.
• We strive to create an inclusive work environment where people of all backgrounds are respected, and valued for who they are.
• You’ll receive benefits like annual bonus, paid vacation, pension plans, personal insurance, and more. These vary by country and contract, but they’re worth asking about—we think they’re pretty great.

Ready to Make a Difference? If you're excited by combining production, testing, and continuous improvement in a hands-on engineering role, we'd love to hear from you. Even if you don't meet every requirement, we encourage you to apply. Your experience, perspective, and problem-solving mindset could be exactly what we're looking for.
