Production Planner / Planning Coordinator (m/f/d)

Then you might be exactly who we are looking for at Vega Salmon. As Produc on Planner at our produc on site in Handewi , you will ensure that customer orders are completed reliably and on me. You will plan and coordinate produc on ac vi es within our slicing and packing departments, aligning capacity, staffing, materials and delivery deadlines. Working closely with Produc on, Logis cs, Sales, Quality and Procurement, you will help ensure a stable produc on flow and respond flexibly when condi ons or priori es change. Your responsibili es  Daily and weekly planning of our Slicing and Packing lines to ensure on-time delivery.  Coordinate production volumes, capacity, staffing, raw materials and packaging materials.  Prioritize orders and adjust production plans when volumes, capacity or material availability change.  Monitor production progress and take action when deviations occur.  Maintain accurate production plans and ensure the right production sequence.  Identify bottlenecks and risks early and communicate challenges across relevant functions.  Work closely with Production, Packing, Logistics, Sales, Quality and Procurement.  Support continuous improvements in planning processes, production flows and data quality. What you bring  Experience in production planning, production control, scheduling or similar, ideally within manufacturing.  Good understanding of production processes, capacity planning, material availability and logistics.  A structured and detail-oriented approach with the ability to keep a clear overview.  Curiosity, willingness to learn and a drive to understand and improve processes.  Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across functions.  Confidence to make decisions and find pragmatic solutions when priorities change.  A flexible mindset and the ability to thrive in a dynamic production environment.  Strong analytical skills and confidence working with numbers, data and planning systems.  Confident communication in English, as English is our corporate language.
