Production Planner

We are looking for an experienced Production Planner to join our manufacturing team in the south-eastern part of Oslo. This is a full-time office role. Key Responsibilities: - Plan and schedule production based on customer demand, production capacity, and material availability. - Develop and maintain production plans, schedules, and priorities. - Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Procurement, Warehouse, and Engineering teams. - Monitor production plan execution, identify deviations, and take corrective actions to meet deadlines. - Analyze requirements for materials, components, and production resources to ensure uninterrupted production. Requirements: - Experience as a Production Planner, Material Planner, Supply Planner, or in a similar role within a manufacturing environment. - Experience with ERP/MRP systems. - Understanding of production planning, BOM, lead times, inventory, and capacity planning. - Strong analytical and organizational skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Will Be a Plus: - Experience in MilTech, electronics, automotive, aerospace, or high-tech manufacturing. - Experience with NPI and production ramp-up. - Strong Excel / data analysis skills. - English language skills will be a strong advantage.
