Production Manager

Production Manager at Pin Studio At Pin Studio, we’re one team working together, and we’re looking for a Production Manager to be part of it. We develop creative concepts and bring them to life in film, photo, motion design and social content for direct clients. We’re a team of four, plus a large network of freelancers. This is the job

• Run productions from brief to delivery
• Timelines, budgets and staffing
• Book and coordinate freelancers and suppliers
• Day-to-day client dialogue on your productions

Good to know This is a hands-on role, not a management one. You’ll work side by side with the team on everything we make. Who is it for? You have a few years of experience as a production manager, ideally from one or two agencies. You’ve worked with film and motion design, have client relations experience and are used to running several productions at once. What else? You’re quick, structured and curious, see the bigger picture and want to grow with us. Low-ego and keen to try new tools, including AI. How long? Full-time, from as soon as possible until 30 April 2028, with the possibility of extension. On-site at our office in Hornstull, Stockholm. How do I apply?
