Production Manager

Production Manager to LIVLY From first idea to final delivery. LIVLY is a Swedish children's and lifestyle brand with customers all over the world. Our collections are sold internationally through our own channels and selected retailers, with a product range that combines seasonal drops and limited collections with our Classic Collection, timeless LIVLY pieces that remain part of our assortment year-round. As we continue to grow across Sweden, the Nordics and internationally, we are looking for a Production Manager to take ownership of LIVLY's production and supply chain from product development to final delivery. This is a hands-on and highly responsible role where you will be the person owning production at LIVLY. As a small and entrepreneurial company, you will be the sole person responsible for production, working independently while having strong day-to-day support from our Designer and Design Assistant. Together, you will make sure that every product is developed with the right fit, measurements, materials, quality and production setup before moving into production. You will work closely with our suppliers and factories, primarily in China and Peru, and be the link between Design, factories, suppliers, freight forwarders and the wider LIVLY team. About the role As Production Manager, you will have ownership of LIVLY's production process from the first product idea and initial development through sampling, fitting, production and final delivery. A key part of the role is product development and fitting. You will own the measurement and fitting process and work closely with Design to ensure that all necessary measurements, size specifications, grading and product information are in place to develop a product correctly from a sizing perspective. You will review samples, identify fit and measurement issues and communicate required adjustments to suppliers and factories. You will also act as an important textile and production expert within LIVLY, supporting Design with decisions around materials, qualities, construction and production methods. You will assess which suppliers and factories are best suited for different products and help source new factories when needed. You will coordinate production planning, purchasing, samples, orders, quality and deliveries, while maintaining close relationships with suppliers and factories and ensuring that products are delivered according to LIVLY's standards, timelines and business needs. Product Development, Textile & Fitting - Own the development and fitting process, including measurements, grading, size specifications and samples. Work closely with Design on materials, construction, fit and technical specifications, using your textile expertise to guide decisions and ensure that products are developed correctly from both a technical and aesthetic perspective. Sourcing & Factory Management - Source and evaluate factories and suppliers, in China and Peru, and determine which production partner is best suited for different products, materials and quantities. Build strong supplier relationships and manage communication around pricing, samples, quality, production status and delivery timelines. Production Planning & Purchasing - Own production planning and timelines, coordinate purchase orders and quantities. You will ensure that production is aligned with sales forecasts, stock levels, launch dates and overall business needs together with CEO. Quality Control - Take ownership of product quality from sample to final production, ensuring that approved measurements, materials, construction and specifications are followed and that any quality issues are identified and resolved together with suppliers. Logistics & Freight - Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders and the LIVLY warehouse to ensure that goods are shipped efficiently and arrive according to plan, while managing documentation, shipping schedules and any issues that arise along the way. Compliance & Product Safety - Ensure that products meet relevant regulatory, safety and testing requirements for LIVLY's markets and that the necessary documentation and processes are in place throughout the product lifecycle. Sustainability - Work together with the owner and CEO to develop and implement LIVLY's sustainability goals, integrating sustainability into sourcing, materials, production and supplier relationships. Process Development - Continuously develop and improve LIVLY's production, sourcing and supplier processes, creating structure and routines that allow the company to scale while maintaining quality, efficiency and control. Who are you Education - Post-secondary education within supply chain, purchasing, production, textile, product development, sustainability, business or a related field. Experience

• Previous professional experience within textile production, product development or garment production is essential.
• Strong hands-on experience working with knit, woven and jersey is highly relevant.
• Experience working with suppliers and factories, preferably internationally.
• Experience with fitting, measurements, grading and technical product specifications.

• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple products, suppliers, production timelines and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Commercial understanding and ability to balance quality, cost, timing and business needs.

Languages - Fluent Swedish and English in speech and writing. Meritorious

• Chinese language skills, or previous experience working with Chinese suppliers, factories or the Chinese market.
• Experience working in a PLM system. We have recently started working with PLM at LIVLY, so experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
