About the Role You will help develop and improve assembly lines in an advanced manufacturing environment, supporting both an established production facility and the build-up of a new site. In this role, you work close to production and collaborate with technicians, operators, line managers and support functions to solve challenges, strengthen flow and maintain high standards in safety, quality and delivery. It is a great match if you enjoy combining daily production support with long-term improvements in a hands-on industrial setting. Job DescriptionYou will develop and optimize assembly processes, methods and production flows. You will support daily production through problem-solving and technical expertise. You will create and improve assembly instructions and PFMEA. You will define the right tools and equipment for each workstation and help secure effective ways of working. You will coordinate priorities and activities with line managers and cross-functional support teams. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives within production. You will contribute to the development and implementation of assembly lines in a new manufacturing facility. RequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Production Engineer. M.Sc. in Production Engineering, Supply Chain or a similar field. Strong experience in production, problem-solving and project management. Good knowledge of ERP systems. Strong knowledge of Lean / World Class Manufacturing. Fluent in Swedish and English. You work in a structured and proactive way and are comfortable taking ownership of improvements and deliveries.
