AVdesign was founded in 2005 and now employs 16 colleagues including animators, CG generalists, producers, production assistants, sound designers, videographers etc. We create a great variety of content across different platforms and support clients worldwide with a range of exciting projects. AVdesign is located together with My Instore Radio and in total we employ 26 skilled colleagues of different nationalities. We are looking for a new colleague to join our video team, where we have gathered some of the most skilled and dedicated enthusiasts from the business. The team consists of 6 people. About the role This is a maternity cover position, offering a unique opportunity to join AVdesign and play a key role in coordinating and delivering a wide range of media productions. We are looking for an experienced Producer / Production Manager with a strong background in production planning and project coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and adaptable, with an open mindset and a flexible approach to a broad range of assignments. Our projects vary across video production, live streaming, studio product shoots, and other media-related productions, so versatility and a willingness to take on different challenges are important. At AVdesign, we foster an open, supportive, and collaborative working environment where sharing knowledge, ideas, and experience is highly valued. Experience within the media industry, such as video production, live streaming, or broadcast, is an advantage, but not a strict requirement. This is a hands-on role that combines operational coordination with practical involvement in productions. It requires a genuine interest in planning, problem-solving, and collaborating with colleagues, clients, and partners to ensure successful project delivery. About you You are a natural coordinator who enjoys bringing people, plans, and ideas together. You communicate confidently with clients and colleagues and thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly. You are proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks at once. Whether coordinating logistics, supporting creative productions, or solving last-minute challenges, you take ownership and help keep projects on track. Fluency in Danish is an advantage, but not a requirement. Your profile: · Experience in a coordination, project support, administrative, or production-related role. · Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously. · Thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys wearing multiple hats, contributing wherever needed to support the team and deliver great productions. · Excellent attention to detail and a structured approach to your work. · Experience with light photo editing, video editing, or basic graphic design is an advantage. · A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a flexible approach to changing priorities. · Strong communication and interpersonal skills. · A positive team player who enjoys collaborating and helping others succeed.
