Product Owner- Talent Acquisition About the role: People Technologies is a cross-functional team within Group HR responsible for the implementation, operation, and continuous improvement of Electrolux’s global HR platforms and capabilities. The team supports scalable, compliant, and data-driven HR processes across the employee lifecycle. As Product Owner for Talent Acquisition, you will be the business authority for Talent Acquisition technology products, owning the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and business outcomes. You will ensure that technology solutions effectively support hiring processes while balancing business needs, user experience, compliance requirements, and long-term scalability. In detail you will:

• Own the vision, roadmap, and business value delivery of Talent Acquisition technology products ensuring alignment with HR strategy, recruitment priorities, and organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement of recruitment technology capabilities by identifying opportunities to enhance user experience and efficiency.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and external vendors to gather, validate, and prioritize business requirements, facilitating alignment on priorities, scope, and functional trade-offs, and translating business needs into a clear and actionable product backlog.
• Ensure Talent Acquisition processes, policies, and regulatory requirements are accurately reflected in product enhancements and business requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, design reviews, and solution discussions to validate business needs and ensure proposed solutions support desired process outcomes.
• Manage product delivery activities, including backlog prioritization, sprint planning, refinement sessions, demos, and stakeholder feedback.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure readiness for new capabilities, including process updates, communications, training, and adoption activities.
• Lead business validation and user acceptance activities, ensuring solutions meet agreed requirements, acceptance criteria, and business expectations before deployment.
• Monitor industry trends and Talent Acquisition technology innovations, recommending enhancements and new capabilities that support Electrolux’s evolving talent strategy.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Workday Recruiting or Workday as the primary Talent Acquisition platform.
• Experience with HR technology such as Phenom, Paradox or HiredScore, etc. implementation, enhancement, or transformation initiatives.
• Experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and product backlogs.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Knowledge of recruitment lifecycle processes and Talent Acquisition technologies.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize competing demands and drive business-focused decisions.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with Phenom and its integration with Workday Recruiting is considered an advantage.
• Experience working within Talent Acquisition teams or Recruitment functions.
• Experience owning, improving, and documenting Talent Acquisition processes.
• Experience supporting global HR technology products and processes.
• Familiarity with Agile product delivery methodologies.
