Product Owner – License Management

On behalf of a client in the energy industry, we are looking for a Product Owner to lead a License Management product covering approximately 250 standard applications, client software and SaaS solutions. Main Responsibilities

• Own the product direction and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business outcomes and the wider product strategy
• Own, refine and prioritise the product backlog
• Translate user needs and business priorities into clear product deliverables
• Balance development and operational priorities throughout the product lifecycle
• Support the product team in breaking work into executable tasks and maintaining delivery flow
• Work with technical and architectural roadmaps and ensure product needs are reflected in technology decisions
• Manage stakeholders, align expectations and communicate priorities and releases clearly
• Coordinate closely with a 10-person product team located in Denmark and Poland

Key Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner with responsibility for product direction, roadmap and backlog
• Strong experience with product prioritisation and delivery
• Experience identifying user needs and translating them into product functionality and measurable outcomes
• Experience working closely with technical teams and contributing to technology-related product decisions
• Strong stakeholder management experience
• Experience balancing ongoing operations with development priorities
• Experience with License Management, standard software or SaaS products is beneficial
