Website: GSM - Green SM: Home | LinkedIn Position Overview The Product Operations Team Leader is responsible for supporting the operation and deployment of GSM’s technology products in the local market. This role works closely with Product, Technology, IT, Operations and local market teams to ensure products and systems operate reliably, securely and effectively. The position will also support information security and data protection initiatives, ensuring customer data and business systems are properly protected and aligned with company policies and applicable local requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day product and technology operations in the local market.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues and coordinate timely resolution.
• Support the deployment, testing and rollout of new products and features.
• Work closely with Product, Technology, IT and Operations teams to resolve operational issues.
• Gather market feedback and identify opportunities for product and process improvements.
• Implement and maintain information security and data protection measures.
• Monitor compliance with company security, data protection and technology policies.
• Lead and coordinate the Product Operations team, including task allocation and performance monitoring.
• Manage UAT, incidents, operational reporting and relevant documentation.
• Act as the key liaison between local market teams and central Product/Technology functions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in product operations, technology operations, IT operations or product management.
• Experience in team leadership/coordinating cross-functional teams, preferably in technology, mobility or platform businesses.
• Strong understanding of digital products, technology platforms, system operations and information security.
• Experience with incident management, system monitoring, UAT and product rollout.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with good command of English.
