Referment is working with a B2B software and services business that helps organisations produce consistent documents and presentations at scale. The company serves customers across different market segments and is developing a broader portfolio around document productivity, brand governance and specialist services. This is a hands-on product marketing role owning one portfolio area. You will connect product, sales and marketing: sharpening positioning, planning go-to-market activity and giving commercial teams the narratives and tools they need to sell effectively. The Role

• Develop positioning, messaging and solution narratives for a defined software and services portfolio.
• Plan and execute go-to-market activity, including launches, portfolio integration and market expansion.
• Partner with product and commercial leaders to bring customer and competitive insight into roadmap and offer decisions.
• Support packaging, pricing and offer strategy across products, services and bundles.
• Enable Sales and Customer Success through playbooks, training, proof points, competitive insight and ROI narratives.

What We're Looking For

• At least five years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience with measurable go-to-market outcomes.
• Excellent writing and the ability to explain complex products in clear commercial language.
• Experience with sales enablement, competitive intelligence and customer research.
• A metrics-led approach to positioning, adoption and field effectiveness.
