Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Endourology EMEA The endourology market is undergoing a profound transformation. Rapid technological innovation, evolving clinical practice, increasing market segmentation and a more competitive environment are fundamentally changing how customers select technologies and how therapies are delivered. Sustaining Boston Scientific's leadership will require a clear long-term strategy, deep market understanding and the ability to anticipate future customer and market needs. To support this ambition, we are creating the role of Product Manager, Strategic Marketing Endourology EMEA , within the EMEA Endourology Marketing team. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager – Endourology (Stone & BPH), this role will support the long-term strategic leadership of the Endourology franchise across EMEA by developing portfolio recommendations, market expansion strategies, investment business cases and evidence-based growth opportunities. The role will help shape strategic direction and decision-making, while operational commercialization and launch execution remain with the respective EMEA Product Managers. In this role we expect the new EMEA Product Manager to:

• Define the long-term strategic direction of the endourology franchise across EMEA.
• Develop data-driven recommendations on portfolio prioritization, market expansion, investment opportunities and future growth platforms.
• Translate customer, market, reimbursement and competitive insights into strategic options for EMEA and Global leadership.
• Partner with BPH, Visualisation, Laser and Core Stone Product Managers to ensure strategic priorities are reflected in portfolio plans and launch execution.
• Serve as a strategic thought partner to the Group Marketing Manager on the franchise priorities, risks and growth opportunities.
• Influence portfolio strategy, innovation priorities and commercialization decisions through strong collaboration with Global Marketing, countries, KOLs and cross-functional stakeholders.

In This Role, You Will Be Responsible For Strategy & Growth

• Develop portfolio prioritization recommendations across the Endourology franchise, balancing short-term commercial opportunities with long-term strategic growth.
• Evaluate market expansion and investment opportunities across therapies and technologies.
• Build business cases and scenario analyses to support strategic portfolio decisions.
• Recommend actions to optimize market share, profitability and return on investment.
• Support strategic portfolio reviews with EMEA and Global leadership.

Marketing Strategy Formulation

• Prioritize business opportunities that support franchise growth, profitability and margin objectives.
• Lead market and competitive intelligence activities, including customer insights, technology trends, reimbursement developments and emerging therapy opportunities.
• Develop strategic business cases, financial assessments and growth plans to support innovation adoption and portfolio decisions.
• Provide input to shape reimbursement, market access and therapy expansion strategies to unlock sustainable growth.
• Use advisory boards and customer insights to inform new product launches, market development strategies and future portfolio priorities.

Strategic Commercial Frameworks

• Define strategic market entry frameworks, customer segmentation approaches, pricing corridors and evidence-based value propositions for future technologies.
• Develop adoption models and strategic recommendations that Product Managers can translate into launch and country execution plans.
• Provide strategic input into positioning and value messaging, while partnering with Product Managers who own final launch materials and execution.
• Identify barriers to adoption and recommend strategic actions to accelerate uptake across priority markets.

Business Planning And Performance

• Collaborate on the franchise and divisional operating plan.
• Monitor portfolio performance and recommend actions to improve growth, profitability and ROI.
• Develop scenario analyses to support key portfolio decisions and resource allocation.

Product And Innovation Context

• Lead market and product needs assessments to ensure product development initiatives reflect EMEA customer and market requirements.
• Provide EMEA strategic input into Global portfolio and product development decisions.
• Collaborate with R&D and Upstream Marketing on development and execution of product development programs.

Stakeholder Management And Collaboration

• Act as a strategic partner to the Group Marketing Manager and EMEA leadership on portfolio, market and competitive priorities.
• Build relationships with selected KOLs, strategic accounts and economic stakeholders to inform long-term franchise strategy.
• Partner with Product Managers, Global Marketing, HEMA, Medical Affairs, Commercial Excellence and country teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Explore potential strategic collaborations that could support market expansion or strengthen Boston Scientific’s competitive position.

What We Are Currently Looking For In You

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex market information into strategic business recommendations
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent required.
• A 7-10+ years of product management experience considered an asset, preferably gained in the Medical Device industry.
• Fluency in English required and an additional European language preferred.
• Demonstrates strengths in strategic thinking & business acumen.
• At ease in a clinical selling environment.
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
• Team player with ability to gain support of colleagues.
• Proven ability to work in a matrixed organization and confidence to lead and influence across multiple organizations/stakeholders.
• Ability to work autonomously and with great initiative & attitude.
• Willing to travel extensively (around 50% travel required).
