What you'll do

Join our team as a Product Manager, SOC at DP World’s Shipping Solutions EAM - Aarhus, Denmark Are you a commercially driven shipping, logistics or transport professional with strong customer-development skills, sound business judgement and the ability to turn strategic priorities into practical sales actions? Do you thrive in an international environment where customer needs, operational feasibility and profitable growth must come together? If so, you might be the person we are looking for as our new Product Manager, SOC. Working at Shipping Solutions EAM As Product Manager, SOC, you support the Director in shaping and executing the commercial agenda for the Shippers Own Container segment within Shipping Solutions. You translate strategic priorities into commercial actions by driving direct sales, customer development, pricing and quote execution, commercial performance follow-up, and cross-functional implementation. You join a small commercial team consisting of three colleagues and the Sales & Product Management Director. While the role has strong key-account-management-style responsibilities, it operates at segment and regional level, driving the SOC commercial agenda across markets rather than managing a dedicated portfolio of key accounts. This is a hands-on commercial role combining customer engagement, sales execution, and performance management. You lead direct sales activities, develop relevant accounts, manage commercial negotiations, and ensure that SOC opportunities are developed and executed across relevant markets and regions in line with strategy, commercial priorities and financial targets. You work closely with the Director and, in due course, the Business Development Manager, as well as colleagues in Pricing, Network, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, Cost Recovery and relevant DP World business units. You maintain disciplined sales reporting and CRM data quality, monitor commercial performance, and contribute to scalable ways of working that support continued SOC growth. The role is based at our headquarters in Aarhus. The position covers the North Europe, Mediterranean, West Africa and the Americas regions, and travel is expected approximately 20–30 days per year. You report to the Sales & Product Management Director. Who are we? DP World’s Marine Services business, Shipping Solutions EAM (formerly Unifeeder A/S), provides feedering services that connect major hubs with regional and emerging markets across Europe and the Americas. Operating a dense, high-frequency network, Shipping Solutions EAM plays a critical role in enhancing supply chain resilience, reliability, and schedule integrity for customers. The business combines operational scale with disciplined network design, chartering and capacity management, underpinned by a strong safety culture. Through continued investment in network resilience, fuel strategy and customer partnerships, Shipping Solutions EAM supports efficient trade flows while advancing practical pathways to decarbonization across regional maritime networks.
