Location: Stockholm Job type: Permanent position Join the Pioneers We’re looking for a technically strong Product Manager to lead the development of roc, evroc’s sovereign enterprise AI agent. roc gives organisations access to leading AI models while keeping their data, knowledge, and workflows under European control. It goes beyond conversational AI, connecting models with enterprise knowledge, documents, tools, and workflows to make AI useful in real-world, security-conscious environments. You’ll own the product direction for roc and work closely with AI engineers, designers, and product teams to turn rapidly evolving model capabilities into reliable, intuitive products. AI is a strategic part of evroc’s portfolio, and you’ll also collaborate closely with the management in shaping the product. From agents and enterprise knowledge to coding, cloud operations, and deeper integrations across evroc, you’ll help define how organisations interact with AI on Europe’s sovereign cloud. What You’ll Tackle

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and priorities for roc.
• Turn advances in LLMs, agents, reasoning, tool use, and model capabilities into useful product experiences.
• Define workflows for enterprise knowledge, document interaction, coding, analysis, and AI-powered automation.
• Shape how roc integrates across the evroc Console, documentation, CLI, APIs, and cloud services.
• Work closely with AI engineers on model selection, routing, context, retrieval, evaluation, latency, and reliability.
• Define how we measure AI quality and product value, from model performance to real-world task completion and user adoption.
• Work directly with customers to understand how AI can solve problems in regulated and mission-critical environments.
• Drive rapid experimentation while building toward secure, scalable, enterprise-grade AI.

Skills We Value

• Proven Product Management experience in AI, developer tools, cloud, or other technically complex software products.
• Strong understanding of modern AI systems, including LLMs, agents, RAG, tool use, inference, and model evaluation.
• Ability to work deeply with AI engineers and make informed trade-offs around model capability, quality, latency, reliability, and cost.
• Strong understanding of APIs, software development, and modern cloud environments.
• Experience building AI products or workflows that interact with enterprise data and knowledge.
• Strong product judgement and an ability to separate impressive AI demos from capabilities that create lasting user value.
• Comfortable operating in a field where technology, user behaviour, and product possibilities evolve rapidly.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across engineering, design, customers, and business teams.
