Product Manager

We're looking for a product manager to own part of our product roadmap and implementation, working closely with our clients and product engineers. You'll report directly to me. We're building a highly scalable product, growing fast! It's already used by almost 10,000 strategy and investment professionals from Tokyo to LA, and we're on a rapid growth trajectory. The role: Our product team is just seven people, and AI coding tools have dramatically increased how much we can ship. As building gets faster, the hard part is identifying the right problems, prioritizing, and shaping good solutions together. That’s where you come in. You will collaborate with our global sales, tech, and operations teams, and own the core product workflow from problem discovery and scoping to shipping and adoption. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing usage patterns and speaking to clients, translating that into product specs, vibing up mockups in Claude Design, working with our product engineers to bring features to production (as the voice of the client and the business), and educating our sales team on how to pitch features. We ship new features every week, prioritizing real adoption over perfection. With a flat hierarchy, we value effective collaboration, autonomy, and open communication. Most of our work is done asynchronously via Linear and Slack, keeping meetings to a minimum. Responsibilities:

• Own part of the roadmap and feature execution.
• Proactively improve the user experience across the platform.
• Collect feedback from clients and our sales team, translating it into product priorities.
• Scope and prioritize product improvements, making suggestions for our product plan.
• Collaborate with product engineers: scope features, review draft releases and iterate to completion.
• Measure success through adoption analytics (PostHog) and iterate based on data.
• Contribute to product marketing: educate the commercial team, write release notes and contribute to newsletters.

The ideal candidate has the following (apply even if you don't have it all):

• A track record of owning outcomes, in product, consulting, investing or at a startup. We care more about what you drove than how many years you’ve worked.
• A builder mindset, curious about how things work, problemsmethodical in breaking problems down into clear, testable pieces, and comfortable using AI tools like Claude to prototype ideas and develop solutions. No engineering background needed, and you won’t shipping any production code, just enough technical curiosity to work well with our product engineers.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with datasets and AI tools to find patterns, test assumptions, and back up decisions.
• Energy from talking to clients regularly, deeply understanding their needs, and turning your insights into what and how we ship, with a client-service mindset and a high level of professionalism.
• An international mindset and experience interacting with diverse cultures.
• Strong organizational and execution skills, including planning, prioritization, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment, with a meticulous approach to detail.
• A highly driven and proactive work ethic, with the ability to independently overcome obstacles and achieve results.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal), unblocking teams and enabling effective engagement with a range of stakeholders.

Nice to haves:

• Experience working on the client side (e.g. strategy consulting, or PE) or in a product role, ideally at a startup or scale-up.
• Experience from using Inex One compared to traditional expert networks.
