  • Location: Paseo de la Castellana 85, 9th Floor, 28046 Madrid, Spain.
  • Midea Nordics deliver leading MDA and SDA consumer electronics alongside comprehensive HVAC solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage and develop the HVAC product portfolio across RAC, CAC, and VRF systems for the Nordic markets, ensuring competitiveness, profitability, and sustainable growth.
  • Support the development of the Professional Channel product portfolio, including selected Sinks & Taps products, aligned with market needs and business objectives.
  • Continuously enhance product line performance by addressing quality topics, cost optimization, demand forecasting, lifecycle management, and inventory planning.
  • Work closely with the sales organization to define product strategies, sales plans, and provide technical and commercial support during customer projects and tender activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis, including technical benchmarking, product positioning, and pricing evaluations across HVAC and Professional Channel segments.
  • Plan and deliver technical and product training for internal teams, distributors, installers, consultants, and customers.
  • Create and maintain training materials, technical documentation, product specifications, and sales support tools.
  • Act as a knowledge hub for new HVAC technologies, sustainability initiatives, and industry trends, while supporting selected Professional Channel product categories.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and headquarters teams to support product launches, promotional activities, and product communication.
  • Collect market feedback and customer insights to influence future product roadmaps and identify new business opportunities.

KEY REQUIREMENT

  • Technical education or qualification in refrigeration, HVAC engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Several years of hands-on experience within the HVAC industry, preferably with experience in heat pumps, air conditioning, ventilation, or commercial HVAC solutions.
  • Experience with product management, product marketing, or technical product support is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of professional building solutions, sanitary products, Sinks & Taps, or adjacent categories is considered an advantage.
  • Strong customer advisory and stakeholder management skills combined with a solid understanding of market and end-user requirements.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to translate technical features into customer value propositions.
  • High level of proficiency in MS Office; experience with ERP and product information management systems is an advantage.
  • Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Willingness to travel within the Nordic region and occasionally internationally.
  • Business Fluent in Swedish and English; another Nordic language is a plus.
