Product Manager (AI)

The role in short We start companies from scratch alongside domain-expert founders, backing them with capital, expertise and our AI tooling from day one. These companies succeed or fail on product judgement. With AI it has never been easier to ship something that works, or something nobody needs. You turn founders’ insights and early customer signals into agentic products that customers actually want. Your responsibilities include:

• Owning the product for selected portfolio companies, from discovery and roadmap to requirements, prototyping, release and measurement
• Making sure our products are agentic first: they decide, filter and act on the customer’s behalf
• Finding the first moment of real customer value early, and saying with evidence when something should stop
• Turning passionate founders and loud early customers into a clear, prioritised direction, and owning the “nos”

You will work closely with founders and their customers, engineers from DV and our partners. Who you are You form a clear product opinion on limited information, explain your reasoning and change your mind when the evidence changes. You work well with non-technical founders, and with engineers you discuss trade-offs rather than relay messages. You use LLMs and agents every day, know where they fail and can tell a durable product from a demo. You thrive in a small, hands-on organisation where much is built from scratch. Qualifications You have taken a product from zero to one with real external customers. You have led or built agentic AI products and use LLMs in your daily work. Deep ML expertise is not required. Experience from startups or venture building is a great plus, as is fluency in Swedish.
