Product Engineer

Founding Engineer Stockholm · Hybrid We're looking for a Founding Engineer to work directly with the founders and take ownership of the technical development of a growing product. This is a hands-on, high-autonomy role for an engineer who wants to have a real say in what gets built and how it gets built. You'll be the main technical owner, working across engineering, architecture and product -taking ideas from an initial concept through to production. The role

• Build and ship full-stack product features
• Work directly with the founders to shape and prioritise the roadmap
• Make architecture and technical decisions
• Work across frontend, backend and infrastructure
• Turn product ideas into scalable, well-engineered solutions
• Iterate quickly based on user feedback
• Use modern AI development tools and workflows
• Own technical problems from idea through to production

We're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js and React
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals
• A track record of building and shipping products end to end
• Product-minded and interested in the problem behind the technology
• Comfortable working independently and making technical decisions
• Someone who still enjoys writing code and building

Particularly interesting

• Founding Engineer, Early Engineer or Technical Lead experience
• Early-stage startup experience
• Production AI / ML / LLM / agentic AI experience
• Experience building AI-powered products
• Strong GitHub or side projects
• Postgres / SQL and cloud infrastructure
• React Native
• Experience taking a product from 0 → 1
