Product Engineer

Senior Full Stack Engineer – Founding / Product Stockholm · Hybrid · 1 day per week in the office We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of the technical development of a growing product and work directly with the founders across engineering, product and technology. This is a high-autonomy, hands-on engineering role for someone who wants genuine ownership over what gets built and how it gets built. You’ll be the sole technical owner, working closely with the founders to shape the product roadmap, make architectural decisions and take ideas from concept through to production. You’ll own the product end to end, including:

• Building and shipping full-stack product features
• Working directly with the founders to shape and prioritise the roadmap
• Making architecture and technical decisions independently
• Developing across frontend, backend and infrastructure
• Turning product ideas into well-engineered, scalable solutions
• Iterating quickly based on user feedback
• Using modern AI development tools and workflows to build faster and better
• Taking ownership from initial idea through to production

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong TypeScript, Node.js and React experience
• Strong full-stack development experience
• Excellent software engineering fundamentals
• A track record of building and shipping products end to end
• Product-minded and interested in understanding the problem behind the technology
• Comfortable making technical decisions and working with significant autonomy
• Someone who still enjoys writing code and building products hands-on

Particularly interesting

• Founding Engineer, Early Engineer or Technical Lead experience
• Experience working in an early-stage startup
• Production AI / ML / LLM / agentic AI experience
• Experience building AI-powered products
• Strong GitHub, side projects or evidence of things you've built independently
• Postgres / SQL and cloud infrastructure experience
• React Native experience
• Experience taking a product from 0 → 1

Why this role? You’ll have unusually broad ownership for a software engineering role. There’s no large engineering organisation or layers of management. You’ll work directly with the founders, own the technical side of the product and have a meaningful influence on both what gets built and how it gets built.
