Product Engineer

Product Engineer 🚀 Stockholm or Helsingborg, Sweden 📍 Hybrid We’re looking for something a little different. AI is changing how software is built. Writing code is becoming easier. Understanding what to build, why it matters, and whether it’s the right solution is becoming more important. We’re looking for someone who is technically curious, driven and interested in both technology and the business behind it. You don’t need to be a senior developer. You don’t need previous POS experience. But you should enjoy solving problems, asking questions and taking ownership. What you’ll do

• Build software used by thousands of merchants
• Understand real customer and business problems and turn them into solutions
• Work with payments, sales, refunds, loyalty and inventory
• Challenge requirements and help shape what should be built
• Work closely with Product, Support and Engineering
• Use AI tools such as Cursor, Claude and Codex to explore, build, test and improve software
• Own your work from idea to production

What we’re looking for

• A strong technical mindset and the ability to solve problems with technology
• Good engineering judgement and problem-solving skills
• Curiosity about how customers and businesses actually work
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently
• Interest in making AI a fundamental part of how you work
• Drive, ownership and willingness to learn
• Fluent in both Swedish and English

Experience with C#/.NET or another modern technology stack is valuable, but we care more about how you think and learn than the technologies on your CV. Experience with POS, payments, retail, hospitality, commerce or ERP is a big plus. 🤖 Our view on AI AI is becoming a fundamental part of how we engineer.
