Product Director

Shape the Future of Digital Construction At Dalux, we are transforming how the construction industry works through intuitive technology that connects people, processes, and data across the entire building lifecycle. We are looking for an experienced and commercially minded Product Director to lead one of our four product areas and help drive the next stage of growth. This is a role for someone who combines deep product management expertise with strong business understanding, market insight, and people leadership. The Role As Product Director, you will be part of defining the strategic direction, growth, and performance of your product area. You will work closely with our CEO, CTO, product managers, product designers, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure we continue building products that solve real industry challenges and strengthen Dalux’s market position. You will lead and grow a high-performing product organisation, establish scalable product processes, and ensure decisions are grounded in strong market understanding, customer insight, analysis, and product thinking. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Growth

• Participate in defining the product strategy and long-term vision for your product area
• Identify market opportunities and drive strategic growth initiatives
• Drive product positioning and differentiation in the market

Product Management methodologies

• Build and strengthen product management capabilities, processes, and ways of working
• Foster strong collaboration between product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders

Leadership & Organisation Building

• Lead, mentor and grow a team of Product Managers
• Build and scale a strong product organisation
• Participate in hiring and organisational growth

Market & Competitor Analysis

• Identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities
• Lead competitor analysis and ensure Dalux maintains a strong competitive position
• Contribute to pricing and go-to-market considerations

What We Are Looking For We are looking for a product director with commercial understanding and proven leadership experience. You likely bring:

• Significant experience in product management and product leadership
• Experience leading and developing product teams and organisations
• Strong knowledge of product strategy, product development processes, and product methodologies
• Experience with market analysis, competitor analysis and positioning
• Stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience from construction technology, enterprise software, or digital platforms
