Product Developer - Maternity Cover

We’re looking for a Product Developer to join us for a 1-year interim position, covering for a colleague while they are on maternity leave. For the year you’re with us, you’ll be right at the heart of our Product Development team, helping turn trends, cultural moments and brilliant ideas into products our customers will love. This is where you come in You’ll:

• Keep your finger on the pulse of trends, culture, social media and what’s happening out there.
• Turn insights and ideas into exciting, commercially viable products.
• Help develop collaborations with partners, licensors, influencers and cultural institutions.
• Create clear product briefs and work closely with Design and Buying on feasibility, pricing and margins.
• Coordinate prototypes and samples with suppliers, keeping projects moving at pace.
• Collaborate with our Shanghai colleagues and suppliers in China to turn great ideas into great products, on time.

Is this you? You have experience in product development within lifestyle, home or consumer goods. You have a sharp eye for trends, a good commercial instinct and the ability to turn inspiration into something tangible. You’re organised, curious and comfortable juggling different projects and people across teams, countries and time zones. Most importantly, you’re ready to jump in, bring fresh ideas and make your mark during the year you’re with us – and who knows, maybe we’ll stay connected beyond that.
