What you'll do

Would you like to help shape cyber security across products, processes, and engineering practices in a growing technology company? At INVISIO, we are strengthening our cyber security capabilities as part of our continued focus on secure product development, vulnerability management, and compliance with the Cyber Resilience Act. We are therefore looking for a Product Cyber Security Specialist who can turn technical and regulatory requirements into clear, practical solutions. We offer a self-driving role with broad responsibility, room for professional development, and the opportunity to contribute directly to INVISIO’s cyber resilience and compliance journey. About the role As our Product Cyber Security Specialist, you will play a key role in developing, documenting, and improving cyber security processes across INVISIO. Your main focus will be secure software development, vulnerability monitoring, and practical security guidance for our product and engineering teams. This is a broad role where you will combine specialist knowledge with internal consultancy. You will work closely with colleagues across the organisation, supporting them with analysis, documentation, and hands-on recommendations that strengthen cyber resilience throughout the product development lifecycle. Your key responsibilities:

  • Monitoring, assessing, and documenting vulnerabilities relevant to INVISIO products and systems
  • Supporting the development and maintenance of vulnerability management procedures
  • Contributing to secure software development lifecycle processes and documentation
  • Supporting INVISIO’s work related to the Cyber Resilience Act
  • Acting as an internal cyber security consultant for product development, software, and engineering teams
  • Preparing and maintaining cyber security policies, procedures, guidelines, and technical documentation
  • Supporting risk assessments and security impact analyses
  • Helping ensure that cyber security requirements are considered throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Following relevant standards, regulations, and best practices, including secure software development and industrial cyber security frameworks
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders across engineering, quality, compliance, and management.

About you You bring broad cyber security knowledge, strong analytical skills, and the ability to translate technical requirements into clear and practical procedures. You are structured, proactive, and able to turn complex cyber security topics into clear, practical guidance. You work independently, take ownership, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical teams. Due to the nature of INVISIO’s business, you must be able to obtain and maintain the required security clearance throughout your employment. Required qualifications:

  • A relevant educational background, such as, (but not limited to), a Master’s degree in Cyber Security, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a similar field.
  • Knowledge of cyber security principles, secure software development, and vulnerability management
  • Strong technical and analytical skills
  • Good documentation and written communication skills
  • The ability to work independently and drive tasks forward
  • Good communication skills and the ability to advise stakeholders across different functions

It is an advantage if you have experience with one or more of the following:

  • The Cyber Resilience Act
  • Secure Software Development Lifecycle processes
  • Vulnerability management and vulnerability disclosure processes
  • IEC 62443 or other industrial cyber security standards
  • Product security or embedded systems security
  • Risk assessment methods and cyber security compliance
  • Security documentation for regulated products or systems
