What you'll do

This is an unpaid internship. About Pitchwise: Pitchwise is a secure document sharing and virtual data room platform. 5,000+ founders use it to share pitch decks and run investor diligence, and in September we published the first edition of The State of Fundraising, a report built on what we observe across the platform. We are a small team inside Bantaba AB, based in Stockholm, with users in more than a 100 countries. The role: We have invested heavily in understanding our own product. A measurement layer runs every weekday and tells us how users are behaving: where they find value, which accounts are thriving, who is worth a conversation, and what the product should do next. This role is the other half of that work. You take what the data shows and turn it into conversations with real users. Then you take what those users say and turn it into product decisions. It is an unusual position for an intern, because the analysis is already there. What we are adding is the person who carries it through to the customer and back into the roadmap. You will work directly with the founder and with our developers. What you will do

  • Talk to users, constantly. New signups, active customers, and people who moved on. Find out what is working, what confused them, and what would make the product indispensable.
  • Work the weekly list. Every week surfaces specific accounts worth reaching: trials coming to a decision point, users who got real value from the product, customers whose usage pattern is changing. You own that outreach, and you log what comes back so it compounds.
  • Turn findings into product decisions. Patterns you uncover go into the roadmap with the evidence attached. You will work with our developers to shape features and test them before they reach production.
  • Connect growth to what happens next. We invest in content, SEO and original research. Working with our growth efforts, you will trace which channels bring users who genuinely adopt the product rather than simply sign up, so we can invest where it compounds.
  • Understand the market. Who else is in this space, how they position themselves, where we are genuinely stronger and where we are not. That feeds both the roadmap and how we talk about Pitchwise.

You might be a good fit if:

  • You are curious about why people behave the way they do, and you would rather ask ten users than guess once.
  • You are comfortable writing to a stranger and asking a direct question.
  • Numbers do not intimidate you. You do not need to be an analyst, but you should be able to look at a chart and ask what is missing from it.
  • You finish things without being chased. This role rewards follow-through more than anything else.
  • You want to see your work change a product, and you accept that in a company this size that also means some unglamorous weeks.
  • You are studying or have recently finished in business, product, marketing, economics, engineering or anything adjacent. The subject matters less than the instinct.

What you get:

  • Direct access to the founder and real ownership of a function, not shadowing.
  • Specific product changes that exist because you found something.
  • A working education in fundraising, SaaS metrics and product discovery, in a company small enough that you can see the whole machine.
  • Concrete work to point at afterwards: users you spoke to, a decision you influenced, a number that moved.

How to apply: Attach your CV. Instead of a cover letter, answer this in 2-3 paragraphs: pick any product you use regularly, describe one thing about how new users get started with it that you think could be better, and tell us how you would know whether you were right.
