Product Area Lead Communication Software

We're now looking for a Product Area Lead, Communication Software to drive the strategy, growth, and success of one of our most important product areas. In this role, you will lead a team of Product Managers and be accountable for the Communication Software portfolio, including product strategy, roadmap, commercial performance, and P&L. Working closely with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Market Units, you'll ensure we deliver innovative solutions that create value for users and support sustainable business growth. What you'll do

• Define and own the long-term vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Communication Software area.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Product Managers.
• Drive customer-centric discovery, market insights, and evidence-based prioritization.
• Own business planning, investments, and commercial performance for the area.
• Align stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Market Units.
• Ensure successful product launches and lifecycle management.
• Communicate strategy, priorities, risks, and progress to senior stakeholders.
• Represent the Communication Software area internally and externally.

What we're looking for

• Master's degree in Business, Technology, Product Management, or a related field.
• Proven people leadership experience, including coaching and performance development.
• 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS product management.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including business case development and investment planning.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on approach to execution.
• Ability to build alignment and lead cross-functional teams toward common goals.

Nice to have

• Product Management certification.
• Training in customer-centric design or digital product development.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks or enterprise product management.
• Experience from health tech, assistive technology, or other mission-driven software organizations.
