What you'll do
Job Description: We are looking for experienced Product Analysts to join our Data & Risk team, focusing on data analysis, product quality, and AI validation. You will help improve the accuracy and quality of merchant and transaction data while working closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams. Key Responsibilities
- Analyse datasets to identify trends, quality issues, and improvement opportunities.
- Validate merchant and transaction data classifications.
- Support data labeling and quality validation for AI/ML models.
- Perform product testing, data validation, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product improvements.
Required Skills
- 5–7 years of total professional experience, preferably in Data Analysis, Product Analysis, QA, or related areas.
- Good working knowledge of SQL, Excel, or similar analytical tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with data quality, testing, or validation activities.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with technical teams.
Good to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Exposure to AI/ML, data labeling, or model validation.
- Experience working with merchant, transaction, or financial data.
- Familiarity with reporting dashboards or data visualization tools.
