Procurement Manager

Procurement Manager Do you have solid experience within procurement and supplier management – and do you enjoy combining hands-on supplier collaboration with a broader Supply Chain perspective? Liftra is an international engineering company within the wind industry. We develop and deliver innovative solutions for the installation, transportation and maintenance of wind turbines, with a strong focus on engineering and solutions that make wind turbine operations safer and more efficient. As an international and project-driven company working with customers and suppliers across markets, a strong and reliable Supply Chain is essential to our business. We are therefore looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to strengthen and further develop our Procurement function across Liftra. The role As Procurement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring strong and consistent supplier governance across Liftra. You will work directly with suppliers while coordinating closely with Purchasing and Planning, as well as Quality, Engineering and other relevant functions across Liftra. Your focus will be on supplier performance, qualification, compliance, development and risk. At the same time, you will contribute with supplier insights and recommendations to support the overall Supply Chain direction defined by the Group Head of Supply Chain. You will also help build and mature the Procurement function by developing consistent processes, standards and ways of working across Liftra. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Manage and develop supplier performance through KPIs, reviews and improvement activities.
• Maintain and develop processes for supplier qualification, governance and compliance.
• Plan and coordinate supplier audits and follow up on corrective actions.
• Work directly with suppliers to improve quality, delivery performance and reliability.
• Identify supplier risks, capacity constraints and dependencies and coordinate relevant actions.
• Support supplier development in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
• Develop and implement Procurement processes, standards and ways of working across Liftra, creating a consistent approach to supplier management and governance.
• Develop supplier and category strategies together with relevant stakeholders, using supplier, market and performance insights to support Supply Chain priorities.

Who are you? You have solid experience within Procurement, supplier management and Supply Chain, preferably from an industrial, engineering or project-based environment. You are structured and analytical, but also pragmatic and comfortable working directly with suppliers. You know how to build strong relationships while challenging constructively when improvements are needed. You enjoy working across functions and countries and are comfortable navigating between operational supplier issues and the broader Supply Chain perspective. You thrive in an environment where processes and structures are still developing and are motivated by the opportunity to build and mature a Procurement function.
