The Role Donkey Republic is seeking a data-driven Procurement & Inventory Specialist to join our team in Copenhagen. In this role, you will manage day-to-day purchasing execution and support spare parts availability to support our city operations. By aligning forecasting and procurement with documented processes, you will ensure our inventory strategy supports both daily operations and our long-term growth. Key Responsibilities Workshop Collaboration & Forecasting

• Build demand models based on maintenance cycles and historical usage to provide an analytical baseline for local workshops.
• Maintain active communication with city operations leads and workshop mechanics to translate field trends and special projects into reliable demand forecasts.
• Monitor stock levels across locations to prevent stockouts, minimize urgent purchases, and ensure complete visibility on part availability.

Inventory Optimization & ERP Management

• Define parameters for safety stock levels and reorder points to balance parts availability.
• Serve as the functional lead for spare parts and inventory modules within the ERP system.
• Ensure master data accuracy and guarantee that the local Inventory Management System (IMS) correctly reflects physical stock movements.

Procurement Execution & Supplier Coordination

• Manage the day-to-day purchasing lifecycle, from purchase order (PO) creation to vendor confirmation and invoice alignment.
• Coordinate regularly with suppliers regarding lead times, minimum order quantities (MOQs), delivery schedules, and price updates.

With a strong sense of technical discipline, you ensure high-quality master data for our parts and bicycle fleet, effectively bridging the gap between data-driven planning and physical inventory needs. You are motivated by precision, process accuracy, and the challenge of optimizing costs without ever compromising on parts availability. Your Profile

• Experience First: You have a proven track record in operational procurement, purchasing, or inventory management. A relevant degree is a plus, but your practical experience is what matters most.
• System & Data Savvy: You are proficient with ERP systems, inventory management tools, and handling data in spreadsheets.
• Analytical & Detail-Oriented: You possess strong problem-solving skills, an analytical mindset, and sharp attention to detail.
• Collaborative Owner: You are comfortable taking full ownership of your tasks while actively collaborating across different teams and departments.
• Strong Communicator: You can translate data and procurement needs into clear communication for internal stakeholders.
